We consider ourselves very fortunate to be working with Shayne Massey for the past 12 months.

We made the decision to build a house at the end of 2023 and because our employment circumstances had recently changed we needed an experienced and skilled mortgage adviser.

Shayne was recommended to us by another financial professional as someone who would likely suits our specific circumstances very well and this proved to be excellent advice.

Shayne is a very professional adviser and he worked above and beyond what we would normally expect. He contacted a number of banks and financial institutions and outlined our circumstances, and then presented to us what he thought was the best finance offer available.

Shayne is also very personable and took the time to visit us on numerous occasions. This meant he understood what we were like as people and what we wanted to achieve with this purchase. He also has detailed knowledge of the building industry in Taupo and this helped us make our decision as to who we were going to build with and where we would build.

Since we were offered our mortgage Shayne has kept in frequent touch and is still involved in requesting each payment from the bank as it has been required by the building company.
