YOUR ROLE:

  • Actively prospect and source new clients through various channels, expanding your network and client base.
  • Conduct thorough and insightful meetings with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by negotiating with lenders on behalf of clients, guiding them through the entire mortgage process, and offering tailored financial solutions that best meet their needs.
  • Work closely with the team to share insights, strategies, and support, contributing to the overall success and growth of yourself, your peers and the company.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry trends, products, and regulations, ensuring the highest level of service for your client

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior experience as a Financial/Mortgage adviser is beneficial, but not essential.
  • Completion or near completion of your Level 5 Qualification in Financial Services (Lending Strand).
  • Experience in a banking role, particularly lending is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • You demonstrate initiative and drive in your work and take proactive steps to achieve your goals and serve clients effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A positive mindset and optimistic approach to challenges are valued traits in our team.
