Steve Howe

Steve’s approach is grounded, commercially practical, and relationship focused. He understands that lending is not simply about securing approval — it is about structuring finance sustainably to support long-term objectives, and financial resilience in an everchanging market. 

Whether clients are purchasing their first home independently or with financial help from the bank of Mum & Dad, refinancing existing lending, investing in property, or structuring business and commercial lending arrangements, Steve brings the perspective of someone who has personally navigated these challenges himself and is ready to listen and support clients through the process. 

Steve has a Bachelor of Accountancy from Massey University and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand. 
Steve enjoys spending time in New Zealand’s great outdoors, hiking, biking and kayaking.
