I do not usually write reviews, especially to share personal experiences with the public, but as we know, house hunting is exciting yet can be exhausting. My wife and I truly appreciate how smooth our first-home buying journey was, and we believe it would have been impossible without James's professional help. He fully understood our circumstances, was well-prepared with all the documentation, and we had no issues with communication at all.

We didn't think we would be able to be home owners anytime soon, but James had the positive can-do attitude that other mortgage brokers we've dealt with in the past didn't have. He very patiently guided us through the process, as we knew nothing about the process. He always did it in a friendly, non-judgemental way that made us feel at ease. He was always very quick to respond to correspondence and questions. It was a joy to work with James and we would highly recommend him, especially if you're a first home buyer like us!
